The meditation mattress is a floor cushion, 55 x 80 cm and 7.5 cm thick, filled with flakes of 100% natural latex. The inside is divided into compartments, which keep the flakes from shifting or bunching up, and the cotton cover unzips to be washed. The zafu that sits on it is sold separately.
