What this site keeps, and what reaches us
Only what it needs to take your order and to answer you.
Followed in the order it travels: in your browser, then in the shop and by email, then with us.
- No card number asked for, read or kept
- No advertising or tracking cookies
- No analytics
Kept in your browser
The cookies the shop needs to work: one keeps your cart while you choose, and one keeps you signed in if you open an account. None of them is used for advertising or to follow you to other sites.
To erase them, sign out, or clear this site’s data in your browser.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and runs no analytics.
A link to Google Maps or to our Google reviews takes you to Google, which has its own rules.
The map on the contact page comes from OpenStreetMap: when it is shown, your browser fetches it from openstreetmap.org, which receives your IP address as any website does and handles it under the OpenStreetMap Foundation’s own privacy policy.
Cards
This site does not ask for, read or keep a card number. You pay by bank transfer or by QR code.
Above this line, what stays in your browser. Below it, what reaches us.
What reaches us
When you order, the shop keeps your order: your name, your telephone and your email, the delivery address, what you ordered and how you chose to pay. If you open an account, it also keeps your details and your past orders, so that you can see them when you sign in.
When you write to us from the contact page, your message reaches us by email, with your name and how to reach you.
When a carrier brings your order, it receives your name, your telephone and the delivery address, to deliver it to you.
We use it to answer you, and to make and deliver what you order.
To see it, correct it or have it removed
Ask us at any time what we hold about you. We will show you, correct what is wrong, and remove what we are not obliged to keep.
