What are Natural Living Concept mattresses made of?
Every mattress is built around a core of 100% natural latex, produced from rubber-tree sap with no chemical agents and no compounds other than pure latex. The core is moulded as one block, in one or two layers, and is divided into seven comfort zones so that support varies beneath the different areas of the body. The perforated structure of the latex lets air circulate through the mattress.
What is the cover made of?
The mattress is finished with a removable, quilted cover. The sleeping surface, the part closest to the body, is made with organic cotton, and lyocell is incorporated into the fabric construction. The fabric is supplied by Jacquard Textile (Asia) Ltd. in Thailand, under reference ORGSCOUR401LY5F-001-00.
Where are the mattresses made?
They are handcrafted in our own workshop in Bangkok, Thailand, under the direction of Dominique Bienfait. The latex core, the cover and the finishing are all assembled there. The design direction is French, the manufacturing expertise is Thai.
What sizes are available?
Six sizes: Single 90 x 200 cm, Twin 105 x 200 cm, Queen 150 x 200 cm, King 180 x 200 cm, California King 180 x 210 cm and Eastern King 193 x 200 cm.
What thickness should I choose?
Each mattress comes in four constructions: Le Classique 15 cm, L’Excellence 20 cm, L’Elite 25 cm and Le Master Luxe 30 cm. California King and Eastern King start at 20 cm. All four use the same 100% natural latex and the same seven-zone design.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. The latex is guaranteed for 10 years.
Do you deliver, and is delivery free?
Delivery is free in Thailand. Installation is free as well, and we remove your old mattress free of charge and donate it to charity.
How can I pay?
You can pay online by credit or debit card, or by direct bank transfer. Both options are available at checkout.
Can I see and try a mattress before I buy?

What is natural latex, exactly?
Natural latex is the sap of the rubber tree, harvested from living trees without felling them. We choose our raw materials for their intrinsic qualities and source them mostly locally, which limits transport. Pure latex is prized for its softness, its elasticity and its longevity: it recovers its shape rather than hollowing out.
Do you make anything other than mattresses?
Yes. We also make mattress toppers, pillows, ergonomic cushions and bed frames, all in the same spirit and from the same natural materials.
