Foaming & Molding

Fresh liquid latex is whipped into airy foam, poured into pin-core molds, and gently cured to form a resilient mattress core.

Our green mattress is composed of a unique 100% natural latex foam bloc. You sleep directly on the raw materials.

The "Origine" mattress is a green mattress. It consists of a 100% natural latex foam, which we cover with an inner cotton cover and an outer cover in organic cotton certified by our supplier : Jacquard. Fabrics are also made in Thailand.

We chose cotton for two reasons: it is organic, and it is elastic. As a result, the most important property of natural latex is preserved: your mattress keeps its exceptional elasticity without the addition of unnecessary tissue layers.

In addition, these fabrics allow the mattress to breathe properly, so it will stay cool throughout the night and perspiration can be evacuated
